I am so excited that you have decided to join the 8 Day Jump into Juicing Challenge that starts Monday, March 4th.

This is one of my FAVORITE Challenges.


In these 8 days, members can expect to EXPERIENCE:

Just to name a few things! This FREE challenge will run from March 4th- March 12th 2024!


This is the private focus group for you to ask your questions and to check-in. So, this is how the challenge works:

I will send you the grocery list.

I will post the recipes into the group ONE DAY PRIOR so that you can have ample time to make each days worth!


You will be drinking between 4-5 juices a day for 8 days totaling 40 different juices.


Your Juicing Schedule:

7:00 am 1st juice 9:00 am 2nd juice 11:00 am 3rd juice 2:00 pm 4th juice 3:00 pm 5th juice

📌Your 1st and last juice of each day are the most important.

Jump into Juicing Fasting FAQs:

What are the Juicing Dates ? We will juice from 4-12 March 2024. What are the Fasting Times? We will be doing a Partial fast (abstaining from all coffee and food ) from 7a - 3p, whatever your time zone is, every day for 8 days. Water/Green Tea only.

NOTE:​ Green Tea may be sweetened with raw, local honey, stevia or golden monk Fruit only. Are there products I can take or that you recommend to jump start my cleansing? Yes, I use and recommend to my clients the following Clean Start Cleanse https://www.nspprofessional.com/en-US/product/cleanstart-cleanse Can I fast if I'm pregnant? Some people do it extremely well and some don't do it at all. You know your body. Drinking lots of water will keep your milk production up and eating before 7a and after 3p will keep your energy up. But again, you know your body. Follow the instructions of the Holy Ghost. Can I fast while on medication? If you're on medication, check with your functional medicine or naturopathic doctor BEFORE starting the challenge. If you want to get off of that medication, check with the Great Physician. Can I take Supplements during a Fast? Yes, either before the fast begins or after the fast ends with or without food as the supplement directs.


What do I eat when I break my fast?

📌One Meal a Day [OMAD]: The Warrior Diet consists of fasting completely during the day and eating one large meal at nighttime aka OMAD. The thinking behind this one comes from a similar origin to the 16:8 diet - the ‘warrior’ reflex of the human body having been accustomed to long periods without food in times before ready-made meals and grocery stores were commonplace and easily accessible.


Ori Hofmekler was the first person to popularize this, and he emphasized the importance of consuming light, low-calorie snacks during the day - such as plain fruits and vegetables, and then eating one large, balanced meal at night time. The permitted or recommended food groups for the large balanced meal should include ingredients similar to those consumed on the PALEO diet - unprocessed, natural whole-foods that would have been accessible by some of our earliest ancestors in the Paleolithic period.
