An interactive workshop which will include: 💪🏽30 minute icebreaker game 💪🏽1 hour interactive talk (rotating topics) 💪🏽 30 minutes of questions and answers 💪🏽 45 minute breakout session 💪🏽One hour client choice tour (cooking demo or health store)
