It's National Ranch Dressing Day❗

According to foodimentary.com, ranch dressing has been been around since 1954. "It was invented at Hidden Valley Ranch, a dude ranch near Santa Barbara, California."

From then until now, we have been celebrating this delicious sauce. Interestingly enough, its only an American and Canadian dressing option as it is virtually unknown in most of the world.

DISTURBING FACT: Since 1972 Hidden Valley Ranch has been owned by Clorox🤮🤢.

I digress, in honor of today, here's a few Simple Creamy Dressing & Variations you can make to pay homage:

You can substitute 1 tbsp (15 mL) dried chives for fresh chives.

The Ranch and Honey Mustard variations of this dressing each make slightly more—about 1¾ cups (425 mL)
