Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat, sprouted grain, or corn tortillas

  • 1 can black beans

  • 1 can refried beans

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice

  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • Romaine lettuce, chopped

  • Sour cream (or a non-dairy alternative)

  • Parsley or cilantro, chopped


Optional Add-ons:

  • Avocado slices

  • Salsa

  • Shredded cheese

Instructions:
