The 14-Day Sugar Detox Challenge has ARRIVED!


We are so excited that you have decided to join the 14 Day Sugar Detox Challenge that starts Monday, January 6th.


This is one of my FAVORITE Challenges.


During these 14 days, participants EXPERIENCE:

The challenge will take place from Jan 6 -Jan 20, 2025!


This is the private focus group for you to ask questions and check-in.


Here's how the challenge works:


An email with the daily challenge will be sent at 11:00 am EST. This challenge task must be completed BEFORE the LIVE check-in at 9:00 pm EST.


We will host INTERACTIVE Check-In Sessions each night at 9 EST via ZOOM.


Also, special guest and Natural Health Educator Ginny Caldwell will join us as a pop-up, so make sure you don't miss any nights.

We will detox from 6-20 Jan 2025.


Why isn't this event on Facebook?

Our Sugar Detox event is hosted on my separate website to provide a more focused and immersive experience for participants. This dedicated platform allows us to offer exclusive resources, interactive tools, and a distraction-free environment tailored specifically to the detox program. 


While Facebook is fantastic for general engagement, my separate website ensures that everyone can fully benefit from the program without the usual social media noise. Plus, it provides a more streamlined and secure experience for managing your journey to better health. 😊✨

Can I detox if I'm pregnant?

Some people do it extremely well and some don't do it at all. You know your body. Drinking lots of water will keep your milk production up and eating before 7a and after 3p will keep your energy up. But again, you know your body.


Follow the instructions of the Holy Ghost and check with your functional medicine and/or OB/GYN  doctor BEFORE starting the challenge.


Can I detox while on medication?

If you're on medication, check with your functional medicine or naturopathic doctor BEFORE starting the challenge.


If you want to get off of that medication, check with the Great Physician.


What foods should I avoid during the sugar detox?

Each day of the challenge we will cover what your detox requirements are.


What can I eat on the sugar detox?

I recommend foods such as fresh fruits (in moderation), vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats, and whole grains.  Throughout the challenge I will provide some examples and meal ideas.


Will I experience withdrawal symptoms?

Some people might experience symptoms like headaches, fatigue, or irritability as their bodies adjust to lower sugar intake. I will offer tips for managing these symptoms during our LIVE@9EST.


What are the long-term benefits of a sugar detox?

there are many long-term benefits of reducing sugar intake through a detox, such as improved energy levels, better skin health, weight loss, and reduced risk of chronic diseases.  I can not emphasize enough the importance of maintaining a balanced diet beyond the detox period.
